History

During the period 1985-1990, economic growth was moving in straight way up, alongside with development of private property. That was the occasion, which utilized the owner of present BALKANTRON Jovanovic Nenad, and founded his trade firm known as BALKAN-EXPORT, export-import-trading firm. Afore him was very serious task: to conclude basic principes of future job, which will guide to the creation of proper way of making business and figure from competition. Since 1990 started international isolation and economic blockade, but that was not bothering to realize serious business, growth the fund of the firm, get trust from partners and conclude future business strategy. During 1992, two capable businessmen, Mr. Kojic and Mr. Stepanovic, united with Mr. Jovanovic. Considering with natural and economic resources, present cement industry in this area, they decided to highprofit natron sacks production. Natron sack was purchased in abroad and there was demand to round that segment of market and found their own place. Guided with clear vision and wish to start with production in Paracin, in March 1994 they bought exceptional location, and already in April it's been started with constructions. In the meantime, they are deciding for famous machines producer from Germany WINDMÖLER&HELSCHER and bought modern natron sacks production machines. Same year, in December, they were finishing constructions, installing machines and at the beginning of 1995 were starting with testing work. Officially, factory started with work at March 1995 as Natron Sacks Factory BALKANTRON. Presently, BALKANTRON figured from competition with professionalism and anyhow with products quality. Such business politic was the reason that in very short time BALKANTRON take over the biggest part of market.

During past period, rigorous selection of the employers was practice and the result is very high professionally. With appropriate motivation, Administrative Committee established very effective team of young people, wistful of proofing, new knowledge and good wages. Momentary, factory employs about 55 workers different kind of avocation with average wage about twice higher then average wage in economy of Yugoslavia. With such pending on market, it’s been made solid fundament to earn leadership in economy of Yugoslavia, and to emphasizing partners good ground for constitution of continually collaboration.
