Me, in a very specific pose

My name is Tamás, and I think you guessed right, my horoscope sign is Aquarius, but except for using it as some sort of nickname, I don't give it a shit. I was born on 3rd february 1975. in Subotica, in north of Vojvodina. My mother is Ruzica (Rose maybe?), she's laboratory technician, and my father Jozsef (Joseph) is programmer. Both of them works in governmental companies. My father was earlier a math professor in a high school, but after a few years spent there, he found a computer to be more attentive than a pupil. My elder brother Peter finishes medicine studies in Novi Sad and makes planes for august this year, for his wedding (he's plan is to get married in dark, on the day of Sun eclipse).

My interest is not to get merried for a while. My serious interests are mainly Computer science. Beside this, I am interested for problem solving in Desktop Publishing, WWW, experimental music, music synthesis, photgraphy... Currently, a group formed of young people (including me) is running a Web Site, called CaffeHU (this site is in Hungarian). This site contains mainly texts, written by us, or our friends. Beside texts, you can find there a Discussion group, chat, wheather prognosis for Vojvodina, TV Lists for sattelite programs and so forth. Because this site is new project (started on 14. June 1999.), we are expanding it "on the fly".

One of my hobbies is astronomy (please, do not confuse it with astrology!). I have some experience in meteor observation, but it was years ago in high school. Today, this hobby was helpful to argue against people who "thought" that they see NATO planes and sattelites instead of Mars (or Venus, or any sparkling star due to atmospheric aberration). Some people even saw an elongated body (thay called it Awacs) with crew of three woman and two man. It was only misadjusted their binocular...

In Spring '99, I had to move to my parents, here in Backa Topola, because my rooms in Novi Sad was damaged. In these days, I was thinking about making an UPS, because of frequently lack of electricity. But my partial knowledge in electronics has failed, and my friend killed all my hope in building it (Reason: I had some inverter scheme with two transistors, but it was making almost square wawes and it was unusable for feeding the monitor, for example...).
