This project was made in 1985 in CEP (Institute for Urban planning and architecture, Belgrade), by order Serbian Institute of Traffic- CIP.
Authors of the project are architects Marin Kresic and Bratislav Gakovic.

Design of the presentation book that was sent to Kuwait by Eduard Cehovin
After submission of this project to Kuwait, authors did not receive any information about further development of the project, so destiny of this attractive Urban Plan is still unknown.
