This urban competition was held at the time of military aggression on our country, spring, 1999.
Urban plan for Mionica was designed with human approach; were designing of the urban solution demonstrated consideration towards found condition and tradition of the fond as well as concern about preservation of the identity of this small Serbian parish.
Emphasize in presentation of this work was that it is drawn completely in free hand technique.
Board of judges of this urban competition decided that this was a handicap for this urban plan solution, and gave it a second place instead of a first price.
After this competition, CEP recommended the realization of this urban plan for the city of Mionica instead of the winning one. The Regulation plan made shortly after that, was completed under the code “Varosologija“and it was made following this concept designed by architect Marin Kresic.

Humanisticki pristup, pazljiv odnos prema zatecenom fondu, cuvanje identiteta male srpske varosi podvucen je prezentacijom rada - ceo je crtan potpuno slobodnom rukom.
Ziri je to ocenio kao hendikep i nije dodelio radu prvu, nego drugu nagradu.
Regulacioni plan koji je posle konkursa uradjen u CEP-u, medjutim, uskoro u potpunosti je za realizaciju predlozio bas ovaj rad, radjen pod sifrom Varosologija.
