The problem imposed by pollution produced and emitted from Thermal power station required urgent solution but at the same time it had to be consistent with fast urban development and growth of small mountain city Pljevlja located on the border of Serbia and Montenegro.
City Assembly and Republican Ministry of Montenegro accepted the document and proposed Plan made by authors Dubravka Pavlovic and Marin Kresic from JUGINUS company, Belgrade.
Problem zagadjenja od Termoelektrane trebalo je uskladiti s odrzivim razvojem stanista kao sto je pitomi i gostoljubivi planinski gradic Pljevlja na granici Srbije i Crne Gore.
Skupstina grada i Ministarstvo Republike Crne Gore su usvajanjem ovog vaznog dokumenta iskazali svoje slaganje s predlogom plana, koga su u JUGINUS-u vodili Dubravka Pavlovic i Marin Kresic.
