The Rules of the 
vhf-uhf Contest

1) Organizer:   
        Savez Radioamatera Vojvodine

2) Time: 
        First full weekend in October, 
        starting Saturday on 432Mhz at 14:00 to 20:00 GMT,
                          on 144Mhz at 20:00 to 23:00 GMT.

3) Participation: 
        Licensed stations in the IARU 1st Region

4) Categories:
        A) 144MHz Multi op.
        B) 144MHz Single op.
        C) 432MHz Multi op.
        D) 432Mhz Single op.
        E) 144 and 432MHz FM and Digimode
        F) Outside YU station /any category/

5) Permitted modes in A, B, C and D category: CW, SSB and FM;
   in E category: FM and /FSK, PSK, WSJT, JT44, SSTV and others/  

6) All stations must follow the IARU 1st Region Band Plan recommendations,
   legal terms and conditions stated in own country and license.

7) Exchange: 
        call sign, RS/T, serial number on every band 
        (incrementing for each QSO logged), WW QTH locator and QSO confirmation.

8) Same Call permit, only ones contact in category  

9) Scoring: 1Km=1point + 1000point for each different QTH square(KN05..JN95.etc) 

10) Contacts made via the any translators are considered as invalid, this points 
    cannot be claimed.

11) Logs:
        Logs submitted must be kept for each band separately and must
        contain: Date, Time (GMT), Call sign of station worked, sent and 
        received RS/T, sent and received serial numbers, WW QTH locator of 
        station worked, QRB points, QTH points, and mode. 

12) Summary Sheet: 
        must be submitted separately for each entered category
        and must contain: contest name; contest date; category entered;
        participant call sign, address; QTH locator; call signs of all
        operators; claimed number of QSOs; claimed QRB points, claimed QTH
        points; claimed score; best DX (call sign, QTH, QRB); short station,
        antenna and location description and Statement of contest operation
        accordance with the Contest Rules.
        Logs must be in the mail within 15 days after the contest (date
        postmark), and must reach the organizer before 31st of october. Log
        mailing can be done on address stated above or on e-mail.

13) Ranking time:
        Organizer is committed to check all received logs and form rankings
        for all categories by 31.st of November. Rankings will be distributed to
        radio amateur journals, national societies of all participants, winners
        by categories, and will be published on BBS of SRV by stated deadline.

14) Awards: 
        First place in each categories will be awarded with a
        Certificate and a Trophy. For places 2 to 6 a Certificate will be
        awarded.

15) Awards will be presented on SRV Annual Conference.

16) Rankings:
        Rules Manager Aleksandar David  determines 
        rankings,term for complaint is 8 day after the rankings, on 
        organizer address. 

17) Disqualification: 
        Station will be disqualified if there are more than 5% of errors in 
        the submitted log. A QSO will be qualified as an error in following 
        cases: unmarked dupe, QSO not appearing in the log of a correspondent, 
        10 minutes logging time difference, uncompleted QSO data, contradiction 
        with the Contest Rules and Ham's spirit, operating outside of the Band     
        plan. 

18) Rules:
        The right of interpreting the Contest Rules as well as accepting all 
        comments on contest and rankings, decision of VHF/UHF Committee is final.
