World Exhibition in Lisbon Portugal (May - September '98) |
The author exhibited three models of his own at this exhibition:
But the organizer and patron of this exhibition treated the author's works surprisingly improperly (the works were exhibited on a hidden place, without any commercials or photographs...). And the worst of such a treatment happened during the return of the exhibits when they were seriously damaged together with the equipment! The insurance company disdained these facts in an unacceptable way so that the author has not been compensated so far. However, the text about Yugoslavia, which we published in the EXPO guide, was illustrated by only one photograph and it was the photograph of the authors work called "Jadran". Portuguese organizers and newspapers, thank you for this.
P.S. Considering the topic of the exhibition, each stand had a ship model, but just a few countries exhibited the models of a ship in the bottle (about 200 countries took place in the Exhibition EXPO '98).
