VHF Contest YU 55 HFG, rules
- Organizator takmičenja je Radio klub "Nikola Tesla" YU1HFG, iz Leskovca a organizujemo ga
Povodom 55 godina neprekidnog i uspesnog rada.
Organizer of the contest is Radio club "Nikola Tesla" YU1HFG, from Leskovac, and the reason is celebration of 55th anniversary of the Radio club.
- Naziv takmičenja je "YU 55 HFG", a opšti poziv u takmičenju je "Test HFG" – A1A ili
"CQ HFG Contest" – J3E, F3E.
The name of the contest is ”YU 55 HFG”, with general call "Test HFG" - A1A, or "CQ HFG Contest” J3E, F3E.
- Održava se prve subote meseca jula (02.07.2005.)
Contest will be held in first Saturday of July (02.07.2005.)
- Takmičenje počinje u subotu u 12:00 UTC i traje do 12:55 UTC (ukupno 55 min).
Contest starts at Saturday at 12:00 UTC and ends at 12:55 UTC (total time 55 min.)
- Pravo učešća u takmičenju imaju sve licencirane stanice u skladu sa svojim dozvolama za rad.
All licensed radio amateurs can participate in the contest, in accordance with the provisions of their operation permits and legislation of their countries.
- Takmičenje se održava na VHF opsegu 144 MHz.
The contest takes place at VHF band 144 MHz.
- Takmičenje se organizuje u MIXED kategoriji.
Contest is organized for the MIXED category.
- U takmičenju su dozvoljene sledeće vrste emisija: A1A, J3E, F3E
Modes allowed: A1A, J3E and F3E according to IARU Region I bands plan.
- U takmičenju učesnici razmenjuju uobičajene podatke:
• raport
• redni broj veze, koji počinje od 001 i uvećava se za jedan svake sledeće održane radio-veze
• univerzalni WW QTH lokator.
In the contest competitors exchange the following data:
• RS(T)
• QSO number, progressive serial number starting with 001
• universal WW QTH locator.
- Bodovanje se vrši tako što se svaki QRB kilometar vrednuje kao jedan poen.
Points will be calculated on the basis of one point per QRB kilometer.
- Istu stanicu dozvoljeno je raditi samo jednom bez obzira na vrstu emisije.
Each station can be worked only once regardless on the type of emission.
- U takmičenju se ne priznaju veze preko repetitora, satelita, EME, niti veze rađene ukrštenim vrstama emisije.
Contacts made via active repeaters, satellites, EME or contacts made with mixed type of emissions will not be counted as points.
- Greške u prijemu podataka koje takmičari obavezno razmenjuju, kažnjavaju se poništavanjem veze.
Any error in information logged by participating station will render the contact unaccountable for points.
- Eventualne duple veze moraju biti jasno označene u dnevniku i ne obračunate u konačan zbir poena.
Possible duplicate contacts must be clearly marked as such in the log and without claim for points.
- U plasman neće biti uvrštene stanice koje budu imale više od 5% oduzetih poena za greske u:
• primopredaji podataka,
• obračunavanju QRB-a,
• za obračunate duple kontakte.
Stations will be disqualified for more than 5% points deducted from the final score because of
• errors in logged information,
• errors in calculation of QRB points
• duplicate QSOs
- Takmičarskoj komisiji se šalje izvod iz dnevnika i zbirni list, najkasnije 15 dana po završetku takmičenja (računa se datum sa poštanskog žiga). Stanice koje dnevnike pošalju posle isteka roka neće biti uvrštene u plasman.
The logsheets and cover sheet have to be send to the contest commission not later than 15 DAYS after the end of the contest (postal stamp counts). Stations that send the logs after that time will not be included in the score board.
- Izvod iz dnevnika treba da sadrži:
• datum i vreme po UTC,
• pozivni znak korespondenta,
• frekventni opseg,
• vrstu emisije za održanu vezu,
• primljen i predat raport i redni broj,
• univerzalni WW QTH lokator,
• QRB-km poena za svaku vezu.
The logsheets shall have following information:
• date and UTC time,
• call sign of the station worked,
• Band
• type of emission / mode,
• report sent and received and serial number,
• universal WW QTH locator of the station worked,
• QRB and number of points claimed.
- Zbirni list treba da sadrži sledeće podatke:
• Naziv takmičenja i datum održavanja,
• pozivni znak takmičara,
• ime i prezime takmičara,
• adresu stalne lokacije,
• WW QTH lokator, mesto rada u takmičenju, nadmorsku visinu lokacije sa koje je radio u takmičenju,
• podatke o uređajima, podatke o antenama korišćeno u takmičenju,
• imena i pozivne znake svih operatora, broj ispravnih veza, broj poena,
• izjavu o pridržavanju Ham-spirita i zakonskih propisa, sa potpisom prvog operatora.
The cover sheet must contain:
• Name and date of contest
• call sign of the participant,
• first and last name or the title of the participant,
• mailing address of permanent location and e-mail address,
• WW QTH locator of the location of operation, the name of location and its altitude,
• data about radio equipment and antennas used in the contest,
• the number of valid contacts, the number of points,
• the statement about obeying these rules and HAM SPIRIT.
- Nezvanične rezultate komisija će objaviti 10 dana nakon isteka roka za slanje dnevnika.
Unofficial results will be announced 10 days after the end of deadline for receiving the logs.
- Zvanične rezultate komisija će objaviti najkasnije 60 dana od dana objavljivanja nezvaničnih rezultata.
Official results will be announced not later than 60 days after the unofficial results.
- Rezultati će se objaviti u svim zvaničnim sredstvima informisanja SRS-a, Radio kluba, interneta i preko lokalnih medija.
Results will be announced in all official resources of SRS, Radio club, internet and over local media.
- Nagrade i diplome dodeljuju se za osvojeno prvo, drugo i treće mesto. Samo diplome od četvrtog do desetog mesta. Specialne QSL karte biće poslate svim stanicama koje budu radile sa stanicom YU 55 HFG za vreme takmičenja.
Prizes and diplomas will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Only diplomas will be delivered from 4th to 10th place. QSL cards will be sent to all those who made contact with from station YU 55 HFG and its operators durning the contest.
- Takmičarska komisija ima tri člana a predsednik je Grozdanović Dejan – YZ1GD, članovi Ilić Ivica, YT1TR, Dimitrijević Zoran YU1JU i Zejak Grujica 4N1GZ.
Contest commission have tree members and the President is Grozdanovic Dejan – YZ1GD, members Ilic Ivica YT1TR, Dimitrijevic Zoran YU1JU and Zejak Grujica 4N1GZ.
