A95A001: Code assignment dialog sometimes makes bad default for AltGr combo

Reported by: Hank Leukart. Fixed in version 4.2.91.

To repeat this bug, you must perform the following sequence:

  1. Open some KBD file.
  2. Switch to AltGr display.
  3. Invoke Code assignment dialog for the key which have some AltGr character defined.
  4. Close Code assignment dialog.
  5. Invoke Code assignment dialog for the key which doesn't have some AltGr character defined.

You'll notice that the default combo for the second key in AltGr is the same as for the previous key, instead of blank.
